"Not a lot I could actually eat"
I was disappointed. It was sooooo hard to find anything that really fit my diet, and I ended up feeling like my options were super limited.

"I really wanted to like these snacks, and..."
I really wanted to like these snacks, and at first I thought maybe they’d be good, but the salt kind of took over after just a few bites. I get that some people probably like that extra salty flavor, and I almost didn’t mind it at first, but then it was basically all I could taste. The nuts and other flavors just got lost for me. I don’t think I’d order them again.

"My order arrived with the bag..."
My order arrived with the bag halfway open. Crumbs all over the place. The box was super thin too, kind of smashed in, like nobody really looked at it before sending it out. Maybe the food itself was okay, I don’t know. But the packaging was bad enough that I’m probably not ordering again.

I was disappointed. I didn’t go in expecting anything complicated, but even my basic request was ignored, which was really frustrating. After that, the whole experience just felt not worth it. Nothing about it made me want to come back or give it another try.

"Subscription was kind of annoying"
The snacks were fine overall, some were actually good and others were just okay. But the subscription side of it was literally more annoying than I expected. I thought skipping a box or changing things would be simple, but it wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped.
I ended up clicking around a bunch and still got charged earlier than I thought I would. Customer service did get back to me, just not very quickly. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I probably wouldn’t sign up again.

"Got the wrong snacks, but it wasn’t a total disaster"
I ordered a few snacks and somehow two of them were wrong. It was annoying because it felt like such a simple order, but at the same time, mistakes happen I guess. Customer service was decent and helped me out, though I still had to wait all over again, which kind of defeated the point. Not the worst experience ever, but also not exactly great.

"Way too overpriced for basic snacks"
I tried Truly Good Foods i don’t really get the hype. The snacks were fine, I guess, but nothing that made me think, wow, this is worth the price. The portions felt puny too, which made the whole thing seem even more ridiculous. Maybe some people are easily impressed by this kind of stuff, but for me it was just overpriced and underwhelming. I probably wouldn’t bother ordering again.

"Nice variety, honestly"
I was actually surprised by how many options they had. There were lots of snacks, nuts, and trail mixes to choose from, definitely more than I expected. A few things I wanted were out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but overall I thought the selection was good. I think 4 stars feels fair, right?

"Quick help when I had a question"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service not really expecting a super fast reply... but they got back to me quickly, I think it was the same day. The person who replied was friendly and didn’t make it feel like a hassle.

It did take one extra email to get everything fully cleared up, but it was handled well overall. No big drama, just a simple fix, I’d order from them again.

"Reliable for bulk snacks"
I usually shop here when I need to stock up on snacks because they tend to have most of what I’m looking for. One time a few things were out of stock, so I had to skip them, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The site was simple enough to use, which made ordering easy. Overall, it’s been a good experience

"Allergen info could be easier to find tbh"
I do like the snack options here, but I had to click around way too much to find allergy info. Some products list it clearly, but others are kinda vague, which isn’t great if you actually have allergies. Overall the site is fine, I just wish that part was more obvious and quicker to check, ngl

Am I the only one who immediately worries when something goes wrong with an order? It did take a while to get sorted out, but they eventually fixed the issue and everything was resolved.

"Website was a bit more frustrating than I expected"
I was just trying to order a few snacks, nothing complicated, but the site made it feel like more of a task than it really needed to be. Some of the pages were loading slowly for me, so every time I clicked around I felt like I was waiting longer than I should have. Finding certain items also took a bit of effort, and I kept feeling like they should have been easier to search for or browse to. The cart worked in the end, but changing quantities was kind of confusing at first, like I wasn’t totally sure if it saved the update or if I needed to do another step. It’s not unusable or anything, and I did eventually get it to work, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth shopping experience. I actually got annoyed and left it for a while before coming back later to finish.

"Nuts tasted old"
The bag showed up fast, so that part was fine. But like I said, the nuts tasted old, kind of stale, and a little oily. Like I said, not really what I was expecting, and I probably wouldn’t buy these again.

"Texture was not really what I expected"
I ordered from trulygoodfoods.com, and to be fair, the delivery was totally fine. The snacks showed up without any drama, which was nice. But then I actually tried them, and the texture was kind of all over the place. Some pieces were way too hard, while others were strangely soft, like they had been on a little vacation in storage for who knows how long.
The taste was okay, I guess, but the random chewiness and dry bits made it hard to enjoy. For the price, I was expecting something a bit more consistent, but apparently that was asking for a luxury experience. Not the worst snack I’ve ever had, but I probably won’t be ordering this one again.
